NextraHost Return and Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled after maximum of 48 hours from the time of purchase:

⚫Any order placed can be cancelled within 48 hours from the time of purchase .

⚫Domain once registered , cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for return

⚫Product Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.

⚫For the cancellation and return of the product , User needs to request cancellation by the support ticket .

⚫We will provide the refund amount to the user by the user preferred payment method , i.e, Bank Transfer , Digital Wallets such as Paytm , Phonepe , Unified Payments Interface ( UPI ) .

⚫No returns or cancellation policy for: installation fee, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, Domain privacy, Domain names and licenses or custom software installs.

⚫No returns or cancellations will be made if our team not found any issue in your Hosting plan from our side.

⚫No returns or cancellation will be made if your Service(s) is suspended (due to Email Marketing/Email Abuse/Misuse of our service/Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral/Account Over-use) or terminated.
